For over 18 years the Portsmouth Public Education Foundation (PPEF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, has raised funds that support students and teachers in providing additional enrichment activities in and out of the classroom. Annually PPEF provides teachers with the opportunity to apply for a grant that will enhance the course of their study. This may be a grant to fund access to technology, develop a project that benefits an entire class or grade level, or purchase items of enduring benefit.
The PPEF mission is to continually improve and enhance the quality of the educational experiences of Portsmouth Public School students.
